Dentures

Dentures are an easy, cost effective way to replace a mouthful of missing teeth. They are composed of a durable acrylic resin and plastic that sits on the gums. They can be a permanent solution for missing teeth or a transitional solution for implant-supported restorations. Today’s dentures are custom-fit and personalized to the individual. They look and feel natural.

Many of our patients are choosing to secure their dentures in place with dental implants, as they feel more secure and stable. Many patients tell us they can smile and chew with confidence knowing their dentures are locked in place on implants.

Partial Dentures

When you are missing some teeth, a removable partial denture may be an option for you. Similar to a full denture, rather than just sitting on your gums, it obtains support by hugging some of your remaining teeth for support.

A traditional removable partial denture will have a metal base with clips that hug the teeth and can be adjusted. Newer styles of partials can be made more aesthetic with lighter weight flexible material and tooth- or gum-colored clips in place of the traditional metal ones.

Removable partial dentures can also be a permanent solution for some patients or a transitional solution on the way to implants.
